Over a minimum 12 month term Experior will provide all end-user support needed for your test management tools.  The service is delivered from our UK based Test Centre where we provide remote support to users, however we can deploy our technicians onsite if required.

Monthly service reports are provided outlining improvement recommendations, support summaries and maintenance schedule updates.  On a quarterly basis we carry out a health check of your test management suite in order to deliver proactive maintenance & administration activities.
